I’m a commercially-driven CFO with a successful track record in Technology, FMCG, Retail and Media. Having trained and developed in large corporates I've subsequently focused on SME businesses in multiple sectors driving change, growth and profitability. My experience both in-house and as a fractional CFO has been in taking companies from inception through to exit, including building/reshaping finance teams, delivering rich and insightful reporting, fundraising and strategic financial leadership.
In addition to my work as a fractional CFO I am a qualified coach, specialising in leadership and high performance coaching in both business and sports environments. Coaching is a passion of mine as it empowers individuals and teams to develop themselves and to achieve their goals.
Outside of work I have a busy family life with my wife and three sons. Adventurous travel plays a big part in our family and I also enjoy playing hockey, tennis and football (and any other sport that I can!).
