With the aim of strengthening team connections and infusing even more excitement into the flinder culture, the team recently embarked on our annual staff skit trip to Morzine, France. flinder Takes The Piste 2024 wasn't just about hitting the slopes (and bars); it was about creating lasting memories and strengthening bonds among team members.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the French Alps, the trip provided the perfect opportunity for the flinder team to unwind, connect, and enjoy a change of scenery. Whether chatting on chairlifts or sharing ideas over hot chocolate, we believe the best conversations are had on the slopes! Building strong relationships within our team is a priority at flinder, and we're always eager to create environments where these connections can thrive.
Of course, no ski trip would be complete without a bit of après-ski and this year was no different! The team enjoyed plenty of dancing and drinks at the (in)famous Folie Douce among other great venues in Morzine.
With a mix of first-time skiers and seasoned pros, it was inspiring to see team members supporting each other and sharing laughs on the slopes.
In addition to the adrenaline-fuelled activities on the slopes, flinder Takes The Piste also featured a couple of rejuvenating yoga sessions, providing the team with the opportunity to recharge and connect with themselves.
As the trip drew to a close, it was clear that flinder Takes the Piste achieved its goal - team bonds have definitely been strengthened, friendships formed, and memories made – all against the breath-taking backdrop of the Alps.
